A 13-month Fixed Term contract opportunity that is due to start in September. The role will provide high quality assistance to the administrative support to the Emerging Markets Equities investment team, as well as support to the wider office. This is a permanent, full-time role with 4 days in the office (London) - perfect for someone who thrives in a flexible, relationship-driven environment.

What will you do?

  • Provide administrative support to a team of 12 people including diary management.
  • Arrange all logistics related to annual team offsite.
  • Arrange travel for team members: flights, hotels, visas, taxis etc.
  • Schedule and co-ordinate internal and external meetings and calls.
  • Assist with preparation of any presentation material for meetings.
  • Process expenses and manage team's travel budget.
  • General ad-hoc administrative tasks.
  • Provide back-up support for other teams and assistants.

What do you need to succeed?

  • Relevant Administrative Support experience, preferably in Investment Management environment.
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and within a team setting.
  • Proven ability to work and communicate with varying levels of seniority.
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office products including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong organisational, follow-through, attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritise multiple administrative tasks in a high paced, stressful environment.
  • Ability to take initiative, function independently, unsupervised and work as a team player.
