What is the opportunity? You will provide day-to-day management of RBC's global high-risk Capital Markets portfolio, focusing on minimising losses while maximising strategic client retention. As a member of a specialised team, you'll handle complex, high-risk accounts through proactive relationship and risk management. Your role balances delivering tailored solutions that meet RBC's risk standards with preserving long-term client relationships. Collaboration with internal partners (e.g., service teams, risk officers) and external professionals will be critical to resolving challenges and driving business opportunities. This is a permanent, full-time role and requires 4 days in our 100 Bishopsgate office.

- Client Experience
- Champion continuous improvement in client interactions, taking ownership of issues at first contact.
- Ensure clients are treated with respect, empathy, and professionalism while maintaining strong relationships.
- Proactively refer clients to RBC-wide expertise to enhance their experience.
- Deliver value-added financial advice and solutions tailored to meeting the objective of minimising loss and maintaining client relationships where possible.
- Maintain up-to-date skills/accreditations via a personal development plan.
