We have an exciting opportunity for a Wealth Management Associate to join the team in our London office. The Wealth Associate will be principally responsible for providing support, assistance, and work under the guidance of senior colleagues in Wealth Management. This role is designed for structured development, providing hands-on experience, mentorship and full support to achieve industry specific qualifications. At RBC Brewin Dolphin, we are committed to your professional growth, offering a clear progression route and meaningful career development in Wealth Management.

RBC’s expectation is that all employees and contractors will work in the office with some flexibility to work up to 1 day per week remotely, depending on working arrangements.

What will you do?

  • Work closely with senior wealth professionals, gaining exposure to client support, investment solutions and financial planning under expert supervision.
  • Progress through our structured pathway. From day one you’ll follow a clear roadmap to advance into a Wealth Manager or Wealth Paraplanner, supported by RBC’s commitment to your success.
  • Collates and verifies the accuracy of the information and work provided.
  • Support wealth colleagues with all aspects of client support and assist in preparation of reviews and client documentation.
  • Developing knowledge on breadth of investment, lending, cash, and trust solutions and begins to build knowledge through exposure to client support.
  • Information giver: providing client with information and not advice.
  • Supports business development through correct application of client processes and procedures.
  • Aware of the office business plans and develops understanding to support the team in achieving overall objectives.
  • Work collaboratively with One RBC partners and functional colleagues across platforms, and partner with other business units to ensure clients are receiving exceptional services.
