What is the opportunity? You will be joining a unique dual-competency role at the intersection of Product Control and hands-on technical delivery, acting as the primary re-engineering and automation partner for the Macro PC function across FX, Flow Rates, Structured Rates, and Commodities.
This position offers the opportunity to drive meaningful transformation within RBC's Product Control Infrastructure, leading process change, building automation solutions, and aligning the business to standardised frameworks in preparation for onboarding to PLANET, RBC's centralised reporting platform.
You will combine deep Product Control expertise with strong technical capabilities to design and deliver Python and VBA-based automation solutions that stabilise the existing EUC landscape and progressively eliminate manual dependency as processes migrate to the centralised platform.
