The Associate Director, Senior Algo Developer will help build out our automated electronic trading and algo technology across Rates and FX. The incumbent will provide technical and architectural leadership while also personally building out large parts of the next generation platform across Rates and FX.
What will you do?
- Leading the design and architecture for the strategic Rates and FX platform.
- Personally developing key features across Rates and FX algos.
- Ensuring we are building cross-asset solutions for the various Macro trading businesses by designing and implementing such changes, while also leading the delivery of others in the team.
- Liaising with key business stakeholders on ensuring that we are building electronic trading solutions to specification.
- Performing complex application programming activities, including coding, testing, debugging, documenting, maintaining, and modifying automated trading applications.
What do you need to succeed?
Must Have:
- 100% hands-on development experience in building algo trading features and overall systems.
- Expertise with design and architecture around electronic trading platforms.
- Experience with the entire SDLC for highly concurrent low latency trading systems.
- 10+ years of Java development experience.
- Expertise with Rates or FX trading systems.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with building out eMacro e-books and automated trading strategies is a plus.

The Expected Salary Range For This Particular Position Is $135,000 - $225,000, Depending On Your Experience, Skills, And Registration Status, Market Conditions And Business Needs.
