Bridge the gap between business intent & technical implementation, ensuring requirements are clear, complete, and actionable.
- Strategic Initiatives & Change: Support large-scale data transformation initiatives including migrations, regulatory programs, and platform enhancements. Identify opportunities to automate, standardise, and scale analysis workflows. Contribute to the evolution of the Client Data / Master Data operating model, including governance and ownership structures.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as a primary point of contact for senior stakeholders across business and technology. Present insights, trade-offs, and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. Manage expectations across multiple stakeholder groups with competing priorities.
