What is the opportunity?
Join RBC BlueBay Asset Management's DDQ Team as an Associate and make a direct impact on our client relationships. You'll play a vital role in producing high-quality Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs), Requests for Information (RFIs) and supporting materials that drive our business forward. This is a permanent, full-time role based in our London office, requiring 4 days on-site. You'll work within a dynamic, collaborative team that values innovation, precision and excellence.
What will you do?
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts and teams across Compliance, Legal, Investment Management and Business Development to create, maintain and deliver DDQs, RFIs and associated content.
- Produce, edit and coordinate accurate, well-researched responses for client requests, ensuring consistency with approved answers and brand standards.
- Conduct regular content database and DDQ response audits to identify gaps, inconsistencies and recurring themes, capturing updates in our content library.
- Support the implementation of automation tools and artificial intelligence workflows to improve submission times and quality of deliverables.
- Manage content review cycles to maintain library accuracy and relevance, partnering with the Team Lead to establish robust data governance frameworks.
- Build comprehensive knowledge of RBC BlueBay's products, asset classes, strategies and business context to ensure DDQ responses are contextually accurate.
- Identify opportunities for process enhancement and automation, taking an active role in projects that add value to client relationships and benefit the team.
- Support peer assessment by assisting with internal reviews, ensuring internal quality standards and client requirements are met.

- Strong organisational skills with demonstrable experience managing multiple deliverables simultaneously.
- Robust attention to detail and accuracy, with evidence of success in roles requiring high precision.

- Ability to establish and maintain good relationships, working effectively and cooperatively with colleagues and stakeholders.

Nice-to-Have
- University degree or equivalent qualification.
- Prior experience in RFP/DDQ-focused roles within Investment Management.
- Experience with RFP/DDQ submission and content management systems such as Diligence Vault, Dasseti or RocketDocs.
- Working knowledge of equities and fixed income from an investment perspective.
- Experience with specialist CRM tools such as Salesforce.
