What is the opportunity?
We have an exciting opportunity for a Wealth Management Associate to join the team in our Lincoln office. The Wealth Associate will be responsible for providing support and assistance to the team, while working under the guidance of senior colleagues in Wealth Management.
What will you do?
- Assist, support, and work under supervision of a senior wealth colleague.
- Collates and verifies the accuracy of the information and work provided.
- Support wealth colleagues with all aspects of client support and assist in preparation of reviews and client documentation.
- Developing knowledge on breadth of investment, lending, cash, and trust solutions and begins to build knowledge through exposure to client support.
- Information giver: providing client with information and not advice.
- Supports business development through correct application of client processes and procedures.
- Aware of the office business plans and develops understanding to support the team in achieving overall objectives.
- Work collaboratively with One RBC partners and functional colleagues across platforms, and partner with other business units to ensure clients are receiving exceptional services.
What do you need to succeed?
- Must-have Experience in a similar capacity or administrative role.
- Ability to complete all work according to procedures and standards.
- Good attention to detail and diverse knowledge of business sectors, current business developments, market trends, and financial products and services are required to effectively communicate with and gain the confidence of clients.
- Clear and concise communication skills – oral and written.
- Promotes a culture which embraces change and encourages trust and openness between all colleagues and clients.
- Able to prioritise workload and identify when support is needed to achieve goals.
Nice-to-have Relevant qualification(s): Working towards CII Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning or equivalent.
