In this role, you'll play a vital part in ensuring seamless product development as we integrate WME offerings into our product risk tool.
This is a chance to collaborate closely with product and risk experts, drive efficiency through innovation (including AI solutions!), and contribute to a culture of excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Product Owners - Support new initiatives and ongoing enhancements to WME product and services.
- Champion governance with purpose: Manage WME products and services through their lifecycle, ensuring alignment with risk frameworks and business goals.
- Drive coordination: Lead product sessions, product pipeline meetings, and cross-team workflows to keep projects on track and stakeholders informed.
- Be the go-to expert: Support product and risk owners by resolving product queries and be a proactive problem solver.
- Balance risk and ambition: Review product initiatives with a keen eye for market trends and regulatory compliance, ensuring we deliver value responsibly.
- Grow with us: Contribute to team projects, take ownership of initiatives, and help shape a risk framework that's forward-thinking and inclusive.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience in product development, management, and governance, with a strong grasp of Wealth Management Products and Services.
- Confident communication skills to build trust with senior leaders and 2LOD stakeholders.
- Ability to lead projects independently, keeping teams aligned and informed.
- An understanding of Consumer Duty and UK financial regulations.
