What is the opportunity?
Join RBC BlueBay's Reporting Team as an Associate and play a key role in delivering high-quality reporting and collateral to our clients throughout their lifecycle. You'll manage and coordinate the delivery of reporting for all of RBC BlueBay's pooled funds and segregated mandates, working collaboratively across the business to ensure timely and accurate output. This is a permanent, full-time role based in our London office, requiring 4 days per week on-site.
What will you do?
- Produce segregated investment reporting, bespoke reports, and data analysis for pooled and segregated funds (fixed income and equity) in collaboration with Business Development, Client Experience, and Investment teams.
- Investigate and resolve issues that arise during production of reporting collateral and proactively respond to client queries.
- Source, collate, and manage data required to deliver reporting collateral, liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
- Support the production and distribution of fund presentation materials, pitch books, segregated review books, fund newsletters, and marketing collateral.
- Work with internal teams and affiliates to ensure reporting requirements are met and align with regulatory standards.
- Build and implement automated reporting solutions using proprietary and third-party systems to streamline processes and minimise operational risk.
- Identify and implement process improvements and efficiencies that enhance client service and benefit the team.
- Support the design, maintenance, and update of policy and procedure documents for all reporting obligations to meet audit requirements.

- Capacity to grasp new concepts quickly, adapt to changing work situations, and maintain a positive 'can-do' attitude.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data-oriented tasks.
Nice-to-have
- University degree or equivalent qualification.
- Prior experience in a reporting-focused role or asset management environment.
- Working knowledge of equities and fixed income from an investment perspective.
- Experience managing data to produce high-quality analysis for reports and platforms.
