b Overview /b p In this role you support the Global Mining and Metals Investment Banking team in London by delivering advisory services across M A, ECM, DCM and leverage finance for mining clients. You will lead workstreams, manage client relationships, and help run deal processes with global teams. You’ll craft pitchbooks, build financial models, and perform rigorous analysis while mentoring junior colleagues. The role offers exposure to sector coverage, market intelligence, and strategic financial advisory in a high‑performing environment. /p b Pay / Benefits /b ul li bonus scheme /li li flexible benefits /li li competitive compensation /li /ul b Responsibilities /b ul li Lead and manage workstreams on M A, equity financing and debt financing transactions across local and global teams /li li Serve as day-to-day client contact on live mandates and support senior bankers in relationship management and deal execution /li li Oversee preparation of marketing pitchbooks and related materials ensuring accuracy and coherence /li li Build comprehensive financial models and perform valuation analyses for mandated deals /li li Conduct and supervise in-depth research and financial analysis /li li Mentor and develop junior team members on technical and professional standards /li li Contribute to sector coverage through market intelligence, deal tracking, and identifying prospective clients and themes /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li Bachelor or equivalent with coursework in finance, accounting or related quantitative discipline /li li Notable experience in Investment Banking or Transaction Advisory (mining sector / M A transactions) /li li Proven track record of executing transactions end-to-end including coordinating with external advisors and meeting tight deadlines /li li Strong understanding of the mining sector, players, dynamics and current industry challenges (desirable) /li li Ability to build, audit, and present complex financial models and select valuations for sector-specific situations /li li Excellent verbal and written communication /li li Strong analytical and problem-solving skills /li li Experience supervising or mentoring junior team members /li /ul ul li Collaborative /li li Strong communication /li li Analytical thinking /li li Financial modeling /li li Valuation methods /li li Pitchbook creation /li /ul
