Join a dedicated team responsible for RBC's core conflicts management activities within the Group Compliance function. This role offers exposure to various departments such as HR, Law, Finance, and client-facing teams across Capital Markets, Wealth Management, and Investor Services.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily activities and serve as an escalation point for the Employee Compliance team in Europe.
- Act as a primary contact for senior management to handle inquiries and escalations.
- Deputise for the Head of Employee Compliance and participate in governance forums.
