In this role, you will drive the end‑to‑end management of complex structured note issuances, from initial concept through market launch. You’ll collaborate with Sales, Legal, Compliance, and Operations to develop innovative products across multiple asset classes—including Equity, Rates, Credit, Commodities, and FX—while generating critical trade documentation and ensuring all transactions meet rigorous legal, operational, and compliance standards. • Review additional documentation relating to structured product issuances, including, but not limited to distribution‑and subscription agreements, Global Notes, and regulatory reporting.
  • Daily support to Global Sales and other Structuring teams on live transactions that require TMG confirmation and/or advisory in connection with any issuance related matters, legal provisions on documentation and operational queries.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Structuring and Trading in the creation of new payoffs where TMG will advise on the feasibility from a program and documentation perspective.
  • Work with the Front Office Technology team and vendors on refining, maintaining and enhancing existing platform capabilities.
  • Liaise with RBC law group and external counsel on transactions and project related matters and to ensure legal risk to RBC is minimized.
  • Support TMG in other regions as necessary.
