We’re looking for a dedicated Administrator, Asset Services to join our team in Newcastle on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, values precision, and enjoys supporting a team that makes a real impact. You’ll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring tasks are completed accurately, efficiently, and with a focus on mitigating risk while maintaining data integrity.

What will you do?

  • Deliver high-quality work, meeting deadlines and adhering to service level agreements (SLAs) and operational standards.
  • Support your line manager in keeping departmental guides, processes, and procedures up-to-date.
  • Assist in the accurate production of management information (MI) and reporting.
  • Escalate issues promptly, ensuring risks, errors, and workload challenges are addressed in a timely manner.
  • Understand how your role fits into our team goals and the broader strategy of our group.
  • Identify opportunities for simplification and innovation, contributing to continuous improvements in our working practices.
  • Support project delivery where your skills can make a difference.
