We have an exciting opportunity for a Wealth Administrator to join the Wealth Management team in our Aberdeen office. The successful candidate will play an integral role in the day-to-day ongoing administration of client's accounts. This is a busy and varied role and no two days will be the same. You will be providing the best possible service to our colleagues and clients as part of a cohort of likeminded individuals, who strive to achieve great results while constantly learning and adapting to improving systems and working practices. RBC's expectation is that all employees and contractors will work in the office with some flexibility to work up to 1 day per week remotely, depending on working arrangements.
What will you do?
- Communicate with Wealth Managers and their Associates, providing support with administration duties.
- Preparation and processing of all new client documentation and amendments.
- Monitor transfers of assets/cash from other institutions.
- Support ISA subscriptions and transfers.
- Processing of payments clients.
- Liaise with colleagues within Operations regarding administration of client accounts.
- Ensure client details and reviews are recorded correctly on systems.
- General record keeping and electronic filing.
- Adhere to Conduct Risk standards.
What do you need to succeed?
Must-have
- Experience in administration within Wealth Management.
- Intermediate knowledge of Office 365 Suite and Outlook.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Clear and concise communications skills with ability to communicate professionally with clients and colleagues.
