This role provides advice and support to managers, employees, and HR Business Partners on Employee Relations topics, ensuring a fair employee experience while managing risk and compliance with policies, regulations, and legislation. Reporting to a Director within the UK ER team, this full-time position requires working at least 4 days in the office per week, with one day optional for remote work. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing expert advice on ER topics such as grievances, disciplinaries, investigations, absence management, restructuring, and appeal processes.
  • Supporting investigations into workplace conduct and respectful workplace matters.
  • Collaborating with HR Business Partners and stakeholders to manage employee issues effectively.
  • Maintaining case records for reporting and trend analysis.
  • Supporting ER policy development and project initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Experience in Employee Relations and/or Law in Financial or Professional Services.
  • Strong reporting, data analysis, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of employment legislation and regulatory frameworks.
  • Experience supporting workplace investigations.
