Programme ensuring key risks from around the business are captured. Communicate key findings to stakeholders throughout WME where issues are identified and provide solutions to resolve control failures. Review policies and procedures as needed to identify and document improvements, engaging with business partners to ensure consistency and alignment with the WME structure.
Key support to the team includes demonstrating confidence and knowledge in providing advice to business areas, and coaching to build skills within the team and other departments within the bank.
What do you need to succeed?
Must-have: Proven experience in people management, including coaching, talent management, and performance management. In-depth knowledge and experience within supervision, oversight, risk, or quality assurance roles. Knowledge of operational risk and quality assurance principles, especially related to regulatory or client-focused risks. Ability to work with large data sets from multiple sources, analyze data, and draw conclusions.
Job Description
What is the Opportunity?
Manage the Supervision and Oversight team in our London office on a permanent basis. Support key stakeholders across Wealth Management Europe (WME), focusing on quality assurance activities, process improvements, and risk reduction. From mid-September 2025, employees and contractors are expected to work in the office with some remote flexibility.
What will you do?
- Manage a team of 2 responsible for control testing daily.
- Support control testing, quality control, and procedure testing of WME activities.
- Enhance controls monitoring and quality assurance programs for efficient review processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to build controls, analyze large data sets, and present findings to senior management.
