Job Description
What is the opportunity?
We have an exciting opportunity for a Wealth Management Associate to join the team in our Nottingham office. The Wealth Associate will be responsible for providing support and assistance to the team, working under the guidance of senior colleagues in Wealth Management.
What will you do?
- Assist, support, and work under supervision of a senior wealth colleague.
- Collate and verify the accuracy of the information and work provided.
- Support wealth colleagues with all aspects of client support and assist in the preparation of reviews and client documentation.
- Develop knowledge of investment, lending, cash, and trust solutions through exposure to client support.
- Provide clients with information (not advice).
- Support business development by correctly applying client processes and procedures.
- Understand office business plans and support the team in achieving objectives.
- Collaborate with One RBC partners and other business units to ensure excellent client service.
- Attend external events alongside senior colleagues and assist in the administration of RBC BD events locally.
What do you need to succeed?
- Administrative experience required.
- Good attention to detail and knowledge of business sectors, market trends, and financial products.
- Clear communication skills, both oral and written.
- Working towards CII Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning or equivalent.
- Nice-to-have: Knowledge of RBC Brewin Dolphin conduct and values, experience in financial planning or financial services administration.
