BAM UK & Ireland are recruiting a Support Services Administrator to join the Facilities Management team based out of our offices in Salford. Working Hours are 37.5 per week. Monday - Friday.
Making Possible- Updating our CAFM & client operating system, ensuring all specific work orders are actioned.
- Attaching all relevant documentation to specific work tasks.
- Pro-actively managing client maintenance services in advance with our nominated contractors.
- Arranging contractor service visits, co-ordinating with our clients.
- Producing client site log books and all other associated activity.
- Supporting other members on the help desk team as and when required.

What do you bring to the role?- Must be IT literate and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office.
- Prior knowledge of Concept Evolution would be advantageous but not essential.
- The ability to work as part of a team.
- Able to work on own initiative.
- Experience within a customer service based environment.
