We are currently recruiting a Site Administrator to support our team on a major civil engineering project based in Inverness, Scotland. This is a key role within a high-profile energy infrastructure programme, delivering critical works to support Scotland’s transition to net zero.
As Site Administrator, you will provide essential administrative and organisational support to the site team, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of project activities.
Your team
- The role will be initially based at Inverness office for 4-6 months. The role will then be site based on the Bingally project near Cannich.
Making Possible
You will be responsible for the following:
- Reporting of KPI's
- Meet and greet all employees who visit the site
- Utilising and setting up the site clocking system
- Completing the site resource tracker each week
- General filing and office duties
- Soft copy file management
- Record Keeping
- Assisting managers with clerical duties
- Ordering office consumables
- Correspondence in and out
- General office housekeeping
- Managing the meeting rooms and office hot desks
- Administering the booking system for overnight accommodation.
What do you bring to the role?
- Strong interpersonal skills
- At least 2 years experience in a fast paced similar role
- Strong IT experience preferably with Microsoft office
- Ability to work in a large-scale, multi-site organisation
- Ability to use time productively, maximise efficiency, and strong time management skills
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
