BAM UK & Ireland's Infrastructure segment are looking to recruit a friendly and polite Receptionist for our Kilsyth office.
You will ensure the office runs smoothly and support managers and employees with a variety of tasks, ensuring all duties are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.

- Location: Kilsyth, Scotland
- Role: Permanent, 37.5 hours a week
- Making Possible
- As a Receptionist, you will initially be responsible for the following:
- To be the first point of contact for our project office in Kilsyth
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries
- Maintain office security by arranging and allocating access passes to full-time staff and monitoring visitors to the office
- Management of meeting room booking system
- Ensure meeting rooms are kept tidy and presentable
- Support project teams and support staff with travel and accommodation bookings
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as photocopying
- Any other administrative duties as required
What do you bring to the role?
- General administration experience with good IT skills (proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, Powerpoint, Word, Excel)
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent organisation with strong attention to detail ensuring records are maintained
- Ability to prioritise effectively
- Enthusiastic and out-going personality
- Good interpersonal skills - must be a team player
- Able to have a full-time presence in the Kilsyth office
- Previous Front of House Experience would be desirable
