BAM UK & Ireland is recruiting a Learning Co-ordination Supervisor to join our team.
Working 37.5 hours per week Monday - Friday.
This is a hybrid role predominately working from home and/or office.
As our Learning Coordination Supervisor, you will join a busy People Services function to support and supervise the administration and coordination of learning activities.

- Planning and managing team workloads to ensure departmental objectives are achieved efficiently and effectively.
- Supervising and coordinating learning and training activities to meet business and compliance requirements.
- Monitoring expenditure, managing cost allocations, and ensuring accurate financial administration, including purchase requisitions and internal cost transactions.
- Ensuring compliance with departmental quality processes and industry competency requirements.
- Managing and maximising CITB grant funding opportunities, ensuring claims are accurate, recorded, and submitted on time.
- Preparing for and supporting internal and external audits where required.
- Producing, analysing, and maintaining learning reports, management information, and competency matrices.
- Acting as the SAP MM Key User, providing system expertise and support to the team.
- Overseeing the administration and continuous improvement of the BAM Learning platform.
- Coordinating learning events and activities, ensuring a seamless learner experience from booking through to completion.
- Maintaining accurate learning records and administrative systems to support effective reporting and compliance.
- Delivering excellent customer service by providing guidance and support to employees and managers on learning processes and procedures.
- Leading, coaching, and developing direct reports through effective performance management and regular feedback.
- Approving timesheets and expenses and ensuring team compliance with company policies.
- Staying informed of industry developments and regulatory changes, translating these into practical guidance and process improvements.
- Identifying and implementing opportunities to improve departmental efficiency, effectiveness, and service delivery.
- Gathering and reviewing feedback from learning activities to support continuous improvement and enhance the learner experience.
