BAM UK & Ireland are looking for a highly organised HR Project Coordinator to support the implementation and ongoing management of our Job Grading Project across the UK and Ireland on a 5 month FTC. This role will play a key part in preparing for implementation, ensuring job grading information is accurately captured and communicated, supporting stakeholder engagement and helping embed the new framework across the organisation.
Following implementation, the role will continue to support the ongoing governance and maintenance of the Job Grading framework, ensuring job profiles and grading information remain accurate, consistent and aligned with agreed principles. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a People transformation initiative and contribute to the successful rollout and long-term sustainability of a new job architecture and grading framework.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Implementation Support
- Support the delivery of Job Grading implementation activities in line with the project plan.
- Prepare and coordinate project materials including job profiles, manager guidance, FAQs, presentations, procedures and communication updates.
- Maintain project trackers, action logs and documentation to support effective delivery.
- Job Profile & Data Management
- Prepare, review and maintain job grading profiles and supporting documentation ready for implementation.
- Support the upload and organisation of job profiles, job family information and related materials within agreed systems and repositories.
- Complete quality checks to ensure information is accurate, consistent and version controlled.
- Job Grading Governance & Maintenance
- Support the ongoing management and governance of the Job Grading framework once live.
- Coordinate requests for new roles, role changes and job profile reviews through the agreed process.
- Maintain accurate records of grading decisions, approvals and changes.
- Support reporting, analysis and continuous improvement activities.
- Stakeholder & Communication Support
- Work with HR Business Partners, C&B colleagues and business stakeholders to support engagement and resolve queries.
- Assist with preparation of briefing materials, updates and guidance to support understanding and adoption of the framework.
Your team: To be based from any UK & I office on a hybrid basis.

- Experience supporting HR projects, HR transformation initiatives or similar programmes.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience managing data, documentation and maintaining accurate records.
- Confident engaging with a range of stakeholders.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Excellent written communication skills and ability to produce clear project documentation.
- Experience with job evaluation, job architecture, reward frameworks or HR change projects is desirable.
