We aim to deliver best practice Occupational Health services and ensure that the RBO is a great place to work, where staff are enabled to achieve their full potential. To deliver this in-house OH service, we are seeking an organised and proactive professional who will support the OH Lead and OH Advisor with a range of administration duties, as well as being the first point of contact for 3rd party OH services, ensuring they are integrated into the RBO schedule. In short, you will be responsible for the coordination and administration that underpin the delivery of our service and its smooth running. Our ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly and liaise with a range of internal and external stakeholders. They will be able to operate independently and manage their own workload. They will be able to demonstrate: Previous office support experience. Strong computer skills. The ability to work autonomously and prioritise workload. A good standard of planning and organisational ability. Experience of scheduling meetings, events, preparing agendas and documentation. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a high standard of verbal and written English.
