Role Overview
Senior Partnerships Specialist – Audiences & Commercial division. Build high‑value, long‑term partnerships delivering measurable commercial return and cultural impact. Drive the development and implementation of RBO’s partnership strategy, secure and manage significant partnerships to diversify and strengthen the brand, build income and celebrate RBO’s strategic priorities. Lead sales in the Tech, FMCG and Travel business sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement partnership strategy.
- Secure and manage significant partnerships.
- Lead sales efforts across Tech, FMCG, Travel sectors.
- Negotiate and structure 6‑ and 7‑figure deals.
- Oversee partnership lifecycle from prospecting to stewardship.
- Incorporate audience metrics into proposals and activations.
Ideal Candidate
- Experience in new business development and client management, including delivering and negotiating complex 6‑ and 7‑figure partnerships.
- Proven experience managing partnerships with major organisations and overseeing the full lifecycle from prospecting to stewardship.
- Good understanding of partner benefits and activations with ability to incorporate audience metrics into proposals.
- Experience selling into Technology business sectors.
- Natural salesperson, confident, persuasive and proactive with keen understanding of leveraging a client’s objectives to maximise potential.
- Excellent relationship‑building, verbal communication and negotiation skills with senior stakeholders.
