We are seeking a dedicated assistant to support the day‑to‑day operations of the Jette Parker Artists Programme at the Royal Opera House in Covent Garden, London.

Location: Covent Garden, London

Compensation and Working Hours:

  • Salary: £31,400.00 per annum
  • Full time; 40 hours per week

Responsibilities:

  • Support the smooth day‑to‑day operations of the Jette Parker Artists Programme, including administrative tasks, coordination of schedules, and assistance with event planning and database maintenance.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Strong administrative experience within a fast‑paced environment.
  • Excellent IT skills, including all Microsoft Office functions (Word, Excel, Outlook) and the ability to learn DIESE artistic planning software, as well as other in‑house platforms, Dayforce and Business Central.
  • Proven accuracy and attention to detail, with excellent proof‑reading skills in both literacy and numeracy.
  • Excellent active listening and the ability to deal with people at all levels and in a wide range of contexts thoughtfully, sensitively, with integrity and discretion.
  • Ability to manage a busy workload with high productivity and flexibility.
