The Royal Automobile Club, an exclusive world-class private members club, is seeking a talented Gardener to join our esteemed Gardening team at our stunning Epsom clubhouse.

About the Role:
As a Gardener at The Royal Automobile Club, you'll be working on 350 acres of breathtaking landscape. This is a unique opportunity that encompasses not only general garden maintenance but also elements of soft and hard landscaping and the creation of bespoke planting schemes.
Working Hours:
Monday – Friday: 6.00am-2:30pm
Every 6 weeks: 2 half days on Saturday and Sunday
Responsibilities:
- Maintain gardens to the required standard
- Collaborate with the Head Gardener on garden upkeep
- Perform tasks in accordance with the Club’s best practices (beds, borders, hedges, lawns, and containers)
About You:
- Horticulture qualification – NVQ 2 or RHS level 2
- Full driving licence essential
- Experience managing annuals, perennials, shrubs, etc.
- Skilled in identifying plant pests and diseases
- Proficient in using handheld machinery
- Comfortable working in all weather conditions
- Experience with early start times
- Knowledge of plant names and identification, Latin preferable
- PA1 & PA6 Qualification
