Purpose of the role:
We are seeking a passionate and motivated Commis Chef to join our team, based at our Epsom clubhouse. As a Commis Chef, you will support senior chefs in the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes, while learning and developing your skills in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of food under the supervision of senior chefs.
- Ensure all standard operating procedures are adhered to ensure a consistent delivery of excellence and positive member experience.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen.
About you:
- Experience in a similar environment
- Basic food hygiene skills
- Completed NVQ levels 1 and 2 or working towards completion
- Passion for a career in high end hospitality
- Willingness to learn and take direction.
- Flexible and a team player
