Purpose of the role:
We are currently seeking an Evening Room Attendant to join the Housekeeping team in our Pall Mall clubhouse, responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of member and guest rooms.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare the room as per standard for the night, ensuring it is welcoming and comfortable for members and guests.
- Ensure trollies are fully stocked daily with cleaning supplies, amenities and linens, transporting efficiently to assigned room and position securely.
- Passionate about delivering first-class customer service.
- Team Player.
About you:
- Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or a similar role.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
- Be able to work in a fast-paced environment whilst delivering a high standard.
- Organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Proven and demonstrable excellent customer service experience.
