Purpose of the role:
The Head Waiter is responsible for overseeing the service in the Club Room and Lounge to ensure a high-quality experience for Members and guests. They lead the front-of-house team, coordinate daily service operations, and act as a liaison between kitchen staff and servers. The Head Waiter ensures that all service standards, hygiene regulations, and Member expectations are consistently met.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the lounge waiters.
- Greet members in a warm and professional manner, ensuring a welcoming environment.
- Ensure excellent customer service is delivered at all times.
- Assist in training, coaching, and mentoring waiters.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food service.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and presentable area.
- Assist with staff scheduling, inventory management, and ordering supplies.

- Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
