The Royal Automobile Club is an exclusive world-class private members club, with 2 stunning clubhouses in London and Epsom. We are seeking a highly organised Event Coordinator, with a proven record of delivering high standards of service in a quality environment to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a creative, fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional events that create memorable experiences.

Based in Pall Mall, London for 40 hours per week, working early mornings, evenings and weekends.

Purpose of the role:

To assist the Events Manager to promote the Club’s facilities to members and to help develop and deliver the calendar of quality events. To process all event bookings and event-related inquiries on behalf of the Events Team, following the procedures in place. This will include administrating a core role within the team efficiently and accurately.

Responsibilities:

  • Update website/magazine with information on forthcoming events and ensure the entries for events are 100% error-free.
  • To be the first point of contact in the Events Office at Pall Mall.
  • Update and manage events database and review data storage system.
  • Provide administrative support to the team in day-to-day running of the events office.
  • Ensure all events are ready for delivery in a timely manner.
  • Liaise with the Banqueting and Operations Teams, and Chefs to ensure that weekly information and updates are communicated effectively.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and transportation services when required.
