Our impressive clubhouse in Pall Mall is looking for a part-time Evening Housekeeping Team Leader. Shifts are 5 hours a day over 5 out of 7 days on a rotation, some flexibility is required.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the evening housekeeping team to ensure all areas are clean, tidy, and member/guest ready.
- Assign tasks to evening room maids, public area cleaners, and support staff for the evening shift.
- Inspect guest rooms, corridors, lobbies, and public areas to maintain cleanliness and presentation standards.
- Ensure turndown services and special member/guest requests are completed efficiently and to Club's standards.
- Support training, mentoring, and guidance for evening staff to maintain performance and standards.
- Be flexible and well organised.
