Purpose of the role
We are looking for a passionate Junior Pastry Sous Chef to join our dynamic pastry team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled pastry professional who is ready to take the next step in their career, support the daily running of the pastry section, and contribute to beautifully crafted desserts and pastries.
Responsibilities
- Maintain excellent standards of food presentation and consistency.
- Work closely with the Restaurant managers to ensure good communication and team work, front and back of house.
- Ensure all food safety and hygiene standards are strictly adhered to at all times.
