The Head Bartender leads the bar's day-to-day operations, ensuring exceptional members and their guests service, high-quality drinks, and smooth team performance. This role combines hands-on bartending with leadership, training, stock control, and maintaining the overall atmosphere and standards of the bar. Responsibilities:

  • Deliver warm, attentive, and personalised service.
  • Prepare and serve a full range of cocktails, wines, spirits, beers, and non-alcoholic drinks to a consistently high standard.
  • Manage stock levels, place orders, and monitor deliveries.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory and supplier communication.
  • Contribute to cocktail menu creation and seasonal specials.
  • Supervise, motivate, and support bartenders and barbacks during service.
  • Train new staff on service standards, cocktail recipes, and responsible alcohol service Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Basic food hygiene - level 1 & 2
  • Awareness of Licencing laws
  • Passionate about customer service
  • Proven experience as a senior bartender
