Purpose of the role:
Supporting the day-to-day running of the club shop this role is pivotal in providing exceptional levels of service to our Members. Working closely with the rest of the team to fulfil online orders via the Online Shop, home delivery and Click & Collect orders. This requires a level of manual lifting with boxes of wine and champagne. 40 hours per week over 5 days – Monday to Sunday. A full UK driving license is essential.
Responsibilities:
- Provide a first class service to our members at all times
- Monitor sales of products and replenish where stocks are depleted
- Track and monitor member’s orders, including packaging and preparing orders for home delivery, prepare bags for click & collect orders and to ensure deadlines are met and a constant line of communication is open
- To support the room attendant and housekeeping team in delivering high standards
About you:
- Proven experience of working within a retail environment or shop
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers
- Quality and service focused with exceptional planning and organisation skills
- Team orientated
- Good attention to detail
- Effective natural communicator
