Purpose of the role:
We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Restaurant Supervisor to join the team in the Fountain Brasserie. You will be supporting the Manager/Assistant Manager with the day to day running of the restaurant based in our prestigious Woodcote Park clubhouse with views overlooking our stunning grounds and golf courses.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate restaurant and bar waiters.
- Deputise for Managers in their absence.
- Greet members in a warm and professional manner, ensuring a welcoming environment.
- Assist in training, coaching, and mentoring bar waiters.
About you:
- Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality or food service industry.
- Knowledge and experience of restaurant and bar operations.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and resolve issues quickly.
- Good organizational and multitasking skills.
- Team Player.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Proficiency in using POS systems and basic restaurant management tools.
