The Royal Automobile Club is seeking a passionate and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead the Fountain Brasserie team at our Woodcote Park clubhouse in Epsom, Surrey. You will oversee all aspects of the restaurant’s operations and ensure an outstanding and unforgettable dining experience for our members and guests.

The Fountain Brasserie serves seven days a week for breakfast, lunch and dinner; you will manage staff rotas, monitor attendance, control costs and stock, and maintain high standards.
