The Royal Automobile Club are currently seeking a Casual Lifeguard to join the team in The Walled Garden, a purpose-built facility at Woodcote Park designed for children and their families offering swimming, soft play and outdoor play areas.
Purpose of the role:
Responsible for the day to day operation of the Walled Garden poolside and activity areas, seeking to deliver the very highest standards of service to Woodcote Juniors, Members and Guests. To take personal responsibility for all standards of service across the Walled Garden with attention to: lifeguarding, the poolside H&S and hygiene procedures, inventory top-up, member experience within the facility and the maintenance, cleaning and hygiene of all functioning areas of the Walled Garden.
About you:
- Valid full UK drivers licence
- Hold a National Pool Lifeguard qualification (NPLQ)
- Proven and demonstrable excellent customer service experience
- Be approachable and confident
- Take great pride in your work and team
- Have good communication skills
Our hours are flexible for Casual workers and are decided by the individual Managers.
For under 18's the pay in Epsom is £10.27 per hour. For over 18's the pay in Epsom is £12.76 per hour.
