Purpose of the role: We are looking for a talented Demi Chef de Partie to bring flair and passion to our Great Gallery restaurant — one of the finest dining spaces in London. If you are passionate about creating memorable dining experiences in a prestigious setting, we would love to welcome you to our dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
- Adaptable and willing to work across all sections of the kitchen as needed.
- Assist in the preparation and cooking of dishes within assigned kitchen sections, ensuring quality and consistency.
- Follow the guidance and instructions of the Chef de Partie to support the efficient operation of the section.
- Comply with all food hygiene, health and safety regulations, and adhere to the club’s food policies.
About you:
- Demonstrable experience working as a Demi Chef de Partie in a similar establishment.
- Genuinely passionate about cooking, with a strong commitment to delivering outstanding service.
- Experience and desire to cook different styles of cuisine.
- Basic food hygiene skills.
