We are looking for a Cellar Assistant to ensure the efficient and effective running of the Cellar areas at our Pall Mall clubhouse and to control and manage beverage stocks and organise the Club cellars.
Responsibilities
- Plan and organise beverage stock allocation and stock requirements.
- Assist in ensuring monthly stock takes are carried out accurately and any discrepancies highlighted to F&B manager.
- Ensure delivery notes and invoices are processed promptly.
