With a commitment to safety and positive member experience, RACQ Patrol Officers will apply mechanical and auto expertise to provide exceptional roadside assistance to our members so that no one gets left stranded on the side of the road.

About you
- Strong safety focus in all aspects of work
- Current C Class Drivers Licence required
- Demonstrated customer service experience, with a focus on quality interactions
- Strong diagnostic skills to identify and resolve issues efficiently
- Highly organised with ability to work autonomously
- Willingness to work a rotating roster across a 7-day work week
- Excellent driving history with ability to provide 5 year traffic history report
- Ability to complete pre-employment medical, drug & alcohol screen and criminal record check
- Ability to work in locations across Gold Coast locations β Ormeau, Molendinar, Bundall and Burleigh Heads.
