The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 £ per year.

Role Purpose: Provide proactive professional support to managers and staff, acting as the initial contact for HR advice and guidance, ensuring queries are dealt with accurately, efficiently and professionally. Offer professional advice and guidance on recruitment, training and development queries.

Hours: 22 hours per week, 4 days per week (Monday to Thursday). Office based in Leeds with some hybrid work, occasional travel to Fort Nelson and Tower of London. Occasional weekend, bank holiday and evening work may be required.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Part or Full CIPD qualification or equivalent
  • Working towards/completed a HR Apprenticeship
  • Demonstrable relevant experience in a similar role
  • Experience providing professional guidance and advice on employment relations matters in line with legislation and policy
  • Experience providing professional guidance on all aspects of the employee life cycle
  • Previous experience working within an HR team
  • High degree of competence in processing and recording data accurately
