JOB TITLE: eCommerce Assistant – £23,809.50 per annum

The Royal Armouries is the United Kingdom’s national museum of arms and armour and one of the most important collections of its type in the world, housed at its headquarters and flagship museum in Leeds, its historic home at the Tower of London, and the Victorian Fort Nelson in Hampshire.

Role

We have an exciting opportunity for an eCommerce Assistant to join the existing Retail team. Reporting to the eCommerce Manager, the successful applicant will be responsible for the fulfillment and processing of online shop orders and online customer service, in line with correct procedures.

The successful candidate will be an energetic individual who strives at every opportunity to delight customers by surpassing their expectations and deliver excellent customer care. You will deliver the best standard of service, expected from a national museum.

Hours

37.5 hours, 5 of 7 – Monday to Sunday

The role is office based
