We have an exciting opportunity for a Head of HR Operations to join the HR team. Reporting to the Head of Business Support, the successful applicant will lead our people function, ensuring provision of comprehensive, high-quality HR services to managers and staff. They will contribute to the development of RA's people management strategies and is accountable for delivery of efficient HR services to support the museum's aims and objectives.
The successful candidate must be able to work flexibly, be highly organised and self-motivated with a proven ability to work to tight deadlines. They must be an effective and professional communicator, able to engage with stakeholders and build relationships at all levels across the organisation.
Hours
Working 36 hours per week, 5 days per week. The role will be hybrid with some attendance required in the office. Part-time or compressed work patterns will be considered.
