MotoGB, the UK’s leading independent motorcycle importer and distributor, has an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and motivated Regional Business Manager to join our team.
Location: UK – South West
About the Role
Covering the South West territory, you will be responsible for managing and developing some of the fastest-growing motorcycle brands in the industry, including Benelli, Keeway, SYM, VOGE, Lambretta, and Morbidelli. Reporting directly to management, you will play a key role within our sales and marketing team, working closely with our dealer network to maximise performance and deliver outstanding customer service. This role requires a strong commercial approach to dealer relationships, with a focus on reporting, coaching, and monitoring the performance of both individual dealerships and the region as a whole.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and expand the South West dealer network.
- Support dealers in maximising sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and report on dealership performance across all areas of the business.
- Coach and guide dealers to improve operational effectiveness.
- Identify and onboard new prospect dealers within your territory.
About You
We are looking for a candidate who is:
- Passionate and enthusiastic about motorcycles.
- Experienced in sales and marketing within a dealer, retail, or distribution environment (motorcycle or automotive industry experience preferred).
- Highly professional with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent organisation, proactive, and able to work independently.
