Officer: Data & Examinations to join our central School Services team.
This is an important role supporting the effective operation of the school, with a specialist focus on data, examinations and student information systems.
The successful candidate will support the Data & Exams Manager with the accurate maintenance of school data, reporting processes, statutory returns, student reports and examination administration.
The role will also form part of the wider Admin Hub, contributing to shared school office, reception, switchboard, events, reprographics and front-of-house responsibilities.
This makes the post well suited to someone who is accurate, flexible, calm under pressure and committed to providing a professional and responsive service to pupils, parents, staff and visitors.
- Who We're Looking For
- has strong administrative, organisational and IT skills;
- is confident working with data, spreadsheets and information systems;
- has excellent attention to detail and can meet deadlines reliably;
- communicates professionally with pupils, parents, staff and external contacts;
- can handle confidential information with discretion;
- is willing to contribute flexibly to the wider work of the School Services team.
Experience of working in a school, using systems such as SIMS, Go4Schools or FFT, or supporting examinations administration would be an advantage, but training can be provided for the right candidate.
