Your Role

We are:

We seek an exceptional candidate for the position of Director of Communications Faculty.

This role will require significant strategic as well operational leadership, including working with the Deputy Director of Faculty to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the faculty and designing, implementing and refining strategic improvements to the curriculum, teaching and learning and assessment in the subjects within the faculty. The Director of Faculty will be conversant with the whole-school SER and SIP as well as the School's vision, values and policies; these will inform faculty professional practice.

The successful candidate will have significant experience teaching English, Media, French and/or Spanish across a senior school, as well as experience of middle-leadership in a relevant subject or area. They will have a proven track record of improving teaching and learning, resulting in excellent outcomes for students, regardless of their starting point.
