The Royal Albert Hall is looking for five high‑calibre security officers with a proven track record of working in busy control rooms and fast‑paced reception areas to join our growing security department. Our security team plays an essential role in the Hall’s daily operations and is integral to Hall’s security strategy, which focuses on the safety and well‑being of the millions of patrons we welcome each year.
In this role, you will be expected to utilise the latest security systems for the purpose of creating and maintaining a safe environment for all our customers and staff. You will demonstrate your experience in the security industry by monitoring CCTV, intruder detection devices and fire panels according to protocol and best practice.
The post holder will be expected to work on a rolling rostered two‑day, two‑night shift pattern followed by four days off. If you have a passion for security and a proven track record of delivering excellent face‑to‑face customer service, we would like to hear from you.
