The Royal Albert Hall is seeking a Visitor Services Manager to lead our large, customer-facing team in a fast-paced events environment. You will oversee up to 150 stewards, 16 supervisors and 4 duty stewarding managers, motivating performance and delivering engaging training to ensure outstanding guest experiences.

As a Duty Manager you will make informed decisions under pressure, safeguard safety and welfare of the public and staff, uphold licensing conditions and the Hall’s reputation.
