As a Sales Agent, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our airline’s products and services while delivering outstanding customer service. You will contribute directly to the achievement of sales targets and play a key role in ensuring a smooth and satisfying customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome, assist, and advise individual and corporate customers on our flight services, pricing, and special promotions.
- Sell tickets and additional services, such as baggage options, seat reservations, travel insurance, and exclusive offers.
- Handle booking requests, ticket modifications, and cancellations efficiently and professionally.
- Address customer complaints and specific requests with appropriate solutions and follow-up.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets set by management.
- Build customer loyalty by ensuring a high-quality service and creating long-lasting relationships based on trust.
Requirements:
- Minimum two-year degree (BAC+2 or equivalent) in Sales, Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Previous experience in sales, ideally within the airline, travel, or hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication skills, comfortable interacting with customers both in person and over the phone.
- Strong customer service orientation with a goal-driven mindset.
- Team player with strong organizational skills and a proactive approach.
- Knowledge of the airline industry and reservation systems is a plus.
